Shipping policy

Processing Time Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Domestic Shipping We ship to the contiguous United States only. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, P.O. boxes, or internationally. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your delivery location.

Oversized & Heavy Items Certain items, including large furniture, oversized home decor, and fragile pieces, may only be available for in-store pickup due to the nature of their size and weight. These items will be clearly marked. If you have questions about a specific item's shipping eligibility, please contact us before placing your order.

In-Store Pickup Select items are available for in-store pickup at no charge. If your order qualifies for pickup, you will see this option at checkout.

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your delivery.

Damaged or Lost Packages If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date so we can work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
